ASI Certification Level 1 -sertifikaatti on avoin ammatissa toimiville tai tuleville sommeliereille, jotka opiskelevat tai työskentelevät oeno-gastronomisessa maailmassa (mm. ravintoloissa, viinibaareissa ja viinien maahantuonti- tai jakelutehtävissä), kuten OIV: n määritelmässä sanotaan (www.oiv.int/en/ . Osallistujien on oltava jäsenenä kansallisessa ASI:n alayhdistyksessä.

ASI Certification Level 1 -sertifikaatti kattaa sellaisen tiedon, jota tarvitaan, avustavan sommelierin tehtävien hoitamiseen. Osaaminen kattaa laajan valikoiman kansainvälistä tietämystä ja ammatillisia taitoja, joita tarvitaan useimmissa ympäristöissä. Koe on mahdollista suorittaa yhdellä seuraavista kielistä: ranska, englanti, espanja

The ASI Certification Level 1 certificate is open to current or future sommeliers who study or work in the oeno-gastronomic world (e.g. in restaurants, wine bars and wine import or distribution tasks), as stated in the OIV definition (www.oiv.int/en / .Participants must be members of the national Sommelier Association.

The ASI Certification Level 1 certificate covers the knowledge needed to perform the duties of an assistant sommelier. Competence covers a wide range of international knowledge and professional skills needed in most environments. It is possible to take the exam in one of the following languages: French, English, Spanish
