For professionals: FinnSomm ‘Sören Bootcamp’

Finnish Sommelier Association proudly presents FinnSomm ‘Sören Bootcamp’
Sunday 14.6. & Monday 15.6.!

Sören Polonius comes to Finland to host a unique 2 day training camp for Finnish competing sommeliers and those who wish to join the competition team to arrange the competition.

The intense two day training concentrates fully on competing in sommelier competition.
This is an excellent way to develop your professional skills considering the everyday FOH work as well.

Sören Polonius is a trainer in Sweden for the SweSomm national sommelier team and also trains sommeliers all around the world. He is also one of the co-directors of the Exams and Education Committee of the Association de la Sommelierie Internationale (ASI, www.asi.info )

Who can apply:

-sommeliers who work FOH and want to start competing
-sommeliers who want to help train the competing sommeliers
-sommeliers who want to help arrange The Best Sommelier of Finland competition

What we expect from you:

– You pledge to participate to the training days (14.-15.6.) once accepted as a participant
– You commit to participating in The Best Sommelier of Finland competition
OR commit to becoming a trainer for the FinnSomm competing sommeliers
OR commit to joining the Finnish sommelier contest committee and help arrange The Best Sommelier of Finland competition
