The Best Sommelier of Finland 2026 & Sommelier Day 2026

The Best Sommelier of Finland 2026 competition takes place 1st and 2nd of March in Valkoinen Sali, Helsinki!

Semifinal takes place on Sunday the 1st of March and the finale takes place on Monday the 2nd of March in Valkoinen Sali.

The winner of the competition will represent Finland in the ASI Best Sommelier of the World 2026 competition in Lisbon Portugal 11.-17.10.2026!

The best sommelier of 28 years or under will represent Finland in The International Jeunes Sommeliers Competition 2026 held by Châine des Rôtisseurs in autumn 2026.

The winner and the second best sommeliers of the competition will represent Finland in The Best Sommelier of the Nordics 2026 competition in Iceland in 19.-21.9.2026.

All sommeliers working FOH in restaurant are welcome to participate in the competition, but the one that will represent Finland in the international competitions needs to be a member of the Finnish Sommelier Association.
